Standard Plus Maintenance Contract for - Setline STA+
Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC), including:
- One scheduled annual standard PMC visit.
- In case of STA configuration, one DTA or DSC rod calibration performed (procedure to be validated prior to the visit).
- A 12% discount on spare parts and consumables during the year covered by the PMC and for the unit included in the contract.
- Priority service scheduling (versus other customers that are not under a service agreement).
Nota :
- The services are taken for instruments that are clean, accessible and in working order. Exchanged consumables shall be invoiced at the price in effect on the day of the work intervention.
- Damages on the unit due to misuse and sample pollution are not covered by the contract.
- A 5% discount will be granted on any service contract purchased at the time of the equipment sale.
- A 5% discount will be granted on any future contract testing during the year covered by the PMC.
