SETLINE STA/SA

Setline STA is a system designed for simple, powerful measurements of temperature, mass changes, heat and heat flow. Easy to use and maintain, it features a robust DSC sensor to guarantee reliable, repeatable results. Its mass variation measurements are also based on the robust concept of the top loading balance. The device is compact, suitable for any laboratory, and incorporates intuitive Calisto 2.0 software for data analysis.
Setline STA meets the needs of both quality control laboratories and training centers. It is used in the polymer, energy, metals and ceramics industries, as well as for training students in these sectors or in materials science in general.
The basic unit, operating on mains power (230 V- 50/60 Hz), contains :
- A robust temperature controlled furnace, covering a temperature range from ambient to 1100°C, and a programmable rate from 0.01 to 50°C/min.
- A top loading balance with a mass variation range of +/- 200mg or +/- 1000 mg.
- A rod for simultaneous measurement of DSC and TGA signals, equipped with a type P S60/59801 thermocouple.
- A gas control system for both inert and oxidizing gases, with flow rates ranging from 10 to 100 ml/min.
- A set of 6 alumina crucibles, reference S08GR.29467.
- CALISTO software for instrument control and data analysis.
- Operating instructions are supplied on a USB key.

Depending on your application, it can be upgraded with additional measuring crucibles and a FLEXI CHILL cooling system.
