The Flexi Wet 50 enables precise humidity control in a variety of equipment. It works by mixing a wet gas stream with a dry gas stream, controlled by flow meters and a thermostatted mixing chamber. Temperature, relative humidity and gas flow are automatically regulated to ensure optimum stability. This versatile instrument is suitable for a wide range of industrial and laboratory applications, with a simple interface for programming. It is particularly useful for assessing the impact of humidity on various materials, and can be easily connected to Setaram instruments. But it is also suitable for working with other instruments or climatic chambers.
The Flexi Wet 50 ml/min is compatible with a 115/230V power supply. It offers a relative humidity range of 5 to 95% (between room temperature and 50°C) and 5 to 90% (between 50 and 70°C), with an accuracy of +/- 0.8% RH and a stability of +/- 0.3% RH.
The system has an autonomy of over 1000 hours at 70°C, 90% RH, and a flow rate of 20 ml/min.
It allows precise control of temperature (+/- 0.1°C) and gas flow from 3 to 50 ml/min, with the option of using various gases such as air, helium, nitrogen, argon or CO2. The device also features a EUROTHERM interface for programming humidity profiles and analog outputs for monitoring relative humidity and temperature.
