MATEX PHASE D6025 WITH READING UNIT
Matex Phase enables fast, simple and non-destructive testing of hard or magnetic materials. It uses a powerful permanent magnet to saturate the magnetization of the sample. Electromagnetic sensors then measure the magnetic phase of the sample as it is automatically extracted. The instrument is particularly accurate and repeatable, even with large samples or materials with a high magnetic phase content. It is ideal for analyzing magnetic alloys in fields such as cutting tools for machining or steels for mining, cement or aggregate grinding.
The package includes :
- A permanent magnet, generating a powerful, homogeneous magnetic field (10000 Oe / 800 kA/m).
- A sample holder and pneumatic system for introducing samples up to Ø30 x 20 mm into the magnetic field.
- The device offers a sensitivity of around 1 mg cobalt, with a measurement time of around 10 seconds, excluding weighing, and can be used at ambient temperatures (+10 to +40°C).
- Results can be displayed on an LCD screen via the direct reading unit, then automatically transmitted to a printer.
- The device is also supplied with “MATEX Link” software, a nickel standard, and user manual on USB key.
