METRIX ID-PNEUMO-ELECTRONIC MICROMETER BP V2 WITH PC
Metrix ID is designed for accurate control of orifice internal diameters and defect shapes in boreholes. It uses non-contact pneumatic sensors for fast, reliable measurement. The system offers high measurement accuracy and repeatability, down to the micrometer. It is adaptable to a wide range of diameters and shapes, enabling great versatility. METRIX ID is suitable for a wide range of applications, including the inspection of bearings, orthopedic prostheses, spray nozzles and motor tubes.
This item includes :
- A Metrix ID SETSMART low-pressure micrometer and its MPe SETSMART pneumo-electronic module with RS485 output.
- MicroCati4 software for data acquisition and processing.
- An industrial touch PC with stand, running Windows 10 IOT Enterprise.
- A 30 cm3 bottle of manometric fluid is included.
A head jet is required for this micrometer, as well as a pressure reducer with purifying filter. Please contact us for further information.
